Born and raised in Cleveland, TN, Lauren Ledford brings deep local roots and a wealth of experience to her real estate career. A proud graduate of Girls Preparatory School (GPS), Lauren went on to earn a degree in Communications and Music Business from Belmont University in Nashville. After college, she spent nearly a decade between Nashville and Los Angeles, working in the entertainment industry and building a strong network. In 2020, as the influx of Californians moving to Nashville surged, Lauren saw a unique opportunity to turn her long-time passion for real estate into a career. She quickly made a name for herself in Nashville’s competitive market, specializing in luxury residential sales, commercial development, and land acquisition. Her work included assembling multi-parcel deals, guiding zoning processes, and supporting developers through complex projects. In 2023, Lauren returned to her hometown to join forces with her father, Don Ledford—a trusted name in the region known for decades of success in the automotive industry.

Now working alongside her father and sister, Lauren brings her signature energy, professionalism, and deep market knowledge to clients throughout the Greater Chattanooga, Cleveland, Knoxville, and Nashville areas. She holds reciprocal memberships with all local MLS boards and offers expertise in residential, luxury, multi-family, commercial, land, industrial, and leasing transactions.

Beyond real estate, Lauren is an active member of her community. She serves as Social Chair for the Cleveland/Athens Cotillion and sits on the Board of the Museum Center at 5ive Points.
