About Caroline Ledford

Caroline is a Cleveland native and has lived in the Tennessee Valley almost all of her life! She now resides in Downtown Chattanooga and is extremely familiar with neighborhoods in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration, Caroline's career in real estate began. She was the Marketing Coordinator for one of Nashville's top real estate firms, Fridrich and Clark Realty, for over a year. She moved back to Chattanooga in 2019 after deciding that she wanted to make Chattanooga her permanent home! 

Since she's been back in Chattanooga, she has worked at Chattanooga's top real estate firm, Keller Williams Realty - Greater Downtown, where she has been able to expand her knowledge of marketing and sales as well as grow her network. Now a licensed agent, Caroline works alongside her father, Don Ledford, and loves that she's able to combine her passion for real estate with her love for helping people into one. She particularly loves that she's able to help guide people through a big transition in life in the city that she calls home.
